Restore Breïk Plus

Sign in to the App Store with the Apple Account you bought Plus with. In Breïk, open Settings and choose Restore Purchases. Family members with Family Sharing can do the same.

The free trial

Start it from the Breïk Plus panel. It unlocks every exercise for 7 days, then Breïk goes back to the 23 free exercises. Nothing is ever charged automatically. The trial is available once per Apple Account; Settings shows how many days are left.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

A break appeared during a call

Check that Don't interrupt during meetings is on, in Settings or the menu-bar popover. Breïk waits while an app holds an audio input, as calls do. If a call app still slips through, tell us which app and we'll look at it.

Breaks aren't appearing

Click Breïk in the menu bar and check the timer is running. Use Breïk now! to start a break straight away and test it. Breaks are also held back while a call is detected.

Turn on Launch Breïk at login in Settings or the menu-bar popover.

Uninstall

Quit Breïk from the menu-bar popover, then drag it from Applications to the Trash. To remove your settings and lists as well, delete the folder named Breïk in ~/Library/Containers. A Breïk Plus purchase stays with your Apple Account.
