Breïk
FreeThe whole app, not a demo.
- Every feature: scheduling, snooze, lists
- Holds breaks back during calls
- 23 exercises, every body area
- Box breathing and a distance-gaze eye break
Breïk waits in your menu bar. When it's time, a small window floats up and plays one guided exercise: a stretch, an eye exercise or a breath. About a minute, then back to work.
No flashing, no countdown pressure. Just the exercise, how long is left, and a clear way out if now isn't a good time.
Choose how often and how long. Breïk counts down quietly and stays out of your way.
A window floats up with one exercise. The figure shows the move; the ring shows the time.
Tick it off and the disc lights up with today's count. Then the window gets out of the way.
When an app is on a call, Breïk waits until you're done. It never listens or records.
Push a break back a few minutes, or skip it. Breïk doesn't keep score.
Shuffle a list or play it in order. Build one for the desk, the evening or a sore neck.
Turn on launch at login and forget about it. Breïk lives in the menu bar, not the Dock.
Warm, calm colours in both. Full screen too, when you want the room.
No account, no analytics, no tracking. Everything stays on your Mac.
Stretches for every part of a desk-bound body, standing, seated or on the floor. Plus eye exercises and breathing.
Every feature is free, with 23 exercises covering every body area. Plus adds the rest of the library, once.

All 126 exercises, yours for good.
The trial is opt-in and charges nothing. When it ends, Breïk keeps working with the 23 free exercises.
No subscription. US prices shown; the App Store shows the price in your region.
Not with “Don't interrupt during meetings” on. Breïk checks whether an app is holding an audio input, the way a call does, and waits until it stops. It only reads that on/off status from macOS: it doesn't record or hear anything, and it doesn't ask for microphone access.
No. Breïk is free to download and use. Breïk Plus is a single in-app purchase that unlocks every exercise for good.
Breïk goes back to the 23 free exercises and keeps working as before. Nothing is charged automatically; you only pay if you choose to buy Plus. The trial is available once per Apple Account.
